Arwood was very easy to work with. We used their services for a wedding and had no issues what so ever. They arrived on schedule and were very professional from the beginning of our contact and the end at pickup. rjj

You're a good company and your bins are always clean upon drop off but the billing issues need to get figured out. For example... I paid my April bill and wasn't suppose to get billed for May till the end of the month of May but I was charged another $130 a week later (for the month of May) which I was not expecting at all.. I am not made of money. But, on a positive note, when I first ordered my dumpster bin, I was charged for the delivery fee, etc. ofcourse, but was charged again a couple days later which I brought up and it was worked out where I wasn't getting charged twice.
