Too many issues to list. Never able to talk to an actual person in the corporate/billing office. Email was the ONLY way they communicated and that was very difficult. Billing dates were different each month and no statement was ever provided. Gave ridiculous threats about IRS collections and yet could not talk to a person to find out where the discrepancy was. Would never use this company again. Another prime example was the automated reply we received from this review. It addressed issues totally unrelated to our complaints.

This company has greatly improved it's service. The first time I used this company was in 2015 and I was not pleased. I was concerned when we used them again. However, my last experience with them went well timely delivery and prompt pick up. They confirmed delivery the delivery time and contacted me to schedule the pick up.
