Maybe the service is better in Florida from what I see in the other reviews for me in Ohio They were way over priced for a dumpster. But Deb from the billing department was helpful once I got a phone call with her. Email not so helpful. But end of the day she hooked me up and got me a refund because of our accidental situation with the sub contractor they used.

Company never delivered the portable toilet. And sent me a rude email with no explanation of why they did not. I called another company, which had no shown affiliation with this company online. The company I called said they were going deliver the potable toilet for the other company but they owed them money and had not paid them. This company is very shady. Use them at your own risk!

We were told the porta potties were going to be delivered for my in laws wedding between 7 am and 7pm. They never showed up. Trying to figured out bathroom arrangements for 100 people in the woods last minute was not ideal.

Hi brides Connie Rodriguez & Cassie Scheideman! With all due respect ma'am, while I do not doubt that you had been "planning this for 8 months", you placed the order yourself online, and requested the delivery for 5 days later. When you placed the order, you placed it on a website used for another location altogether, that is the reason for the discrepancy in pricing. Had you called this order in, instead of placing it online, we could have placed the order for you, for the correct amount. Arwood Waste called, and emailed you, within 24 hours of your placing the order, to inform you of this "price increase". I do not feel that it is fair for you to leave negative reviews, when we did everything we could to make this happen for you. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
