It has been a pleasure doing business with this company. They were on time and did everything that was promised. The rate I paid was considerably lower than other companies in NE Florida. Very satisfied.

My initial call was handle perfect from my view. I was told my bill was $570 and U was happy it was done. 5 minutes later I got a call back and they said there was a pricing error and I thought it was cheap. The young lady then told me that the correct price was $390 but they would also have to give me a bigger dumpster. My thought is no one calls back after you agree to a price especially when there is no argument to begin with.

Billing is a real issue

The dumpsters are excellent perfect sizing for what you need their customer service was wonderful quick response on delivery

Arwood is very easy to deal with when it comes to getting a container placed in a timely and easy manner. The only complaint I have would be with the billing dept. They call me or my boss about 2-3 days after the dumpster is pulled and tell us we have a past due invoice every time. Other than that, it's nice working with them.
