This incident from beginning to end started on Mar 23 (date ordered)til May 24th(final unsatisfactory resolve) First off you had the wrong pick up date and tried to bill me for a 30 day overage.Then you send a bill for 240.00 something dollars for something else.(Tonage) Overage on a 10 yd dumpster.When in fact i had 20yd dumpster that was only 1/2 full{I have pictures and receipts "PLEASE PLEASE ASK ME TO POST".You call me later and resolve the late pickup issue I'll give you that.Then after multiple back and fourths with your corporate office.You guys removed the Tonnage cost ok cool.TY.A week later you guys email me {Deb is here name}about a $75.00 dollar pick up for the dumpster now. Im not sure if they are getting me confused with another client or what but to my this is bad customer service.I have already paid 597.00 for this dumpster to begin with! Then this company tries to get me for another $300.00 dollars a month later for some mix up on there part. First email from them: Re: Customer Number: 016087-0000 Your account with Arwood Waste is PAST DUE in the amount of $210.00 . If you have not done so already, please use the enclosed envelope to remit your payment within the next five (5) days. For your convenience, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Thank you, Deb I reply:Go ahead .If you feel that the fact you got the pick up day wrong and still try to bill me.The fact you sent 3 different invoices with wrong info on them.The fact my original paid in full invoice of 597.00 for a 20yrd.dump/ not the 10yrd dump that you decided to try to bill for, some how does not include the pick up cost either.The fact the 20 yrd dump was only 1/2 full and you tried to get me for tonnage over on a 10 yard dump which we never had.So yes if you feel that you guys are right with all your poor client management and your wrong info ,by all means charge it to the card you have on file.I have all the invoices, All the emails and pictures to justify the complaint and review. To ARWOOD WASTE: I noticed you guys like to reply that you have no record of many of your 1 star reviews in your system.How conveinent. I will be happy to post,send,crop and resize so you can see and verify your companies letterhead on the receipts,invoices,and bills you have sent me.

It was so easy to book your service the first time in July and you were on time and provided professional service.Being a family business and not a corporation was and is a wonderful thing!

Highly disappointed. I booked online For a porta potty for a holiday weekend. I provided an approximate location within a Square mile of my planned camping location. Three days later when I had confirm the location I sent it right away to Arwood. The next day they informed me that my rate would be increased from $214 to $450 since it was suddenly outside of there range and they were overbooked. Extremely frustrating given we had a contract and agreed upon rate and I had provided the approximate location within 1 mile. I was left to scramble last minute for a last-minute rental with another company and had to pay more than I should have. I refuse to do business again with Arwood.

I spoke to the lady at Arwood waste about the arrival or our dumpster on 8/30/2018. She said she can't tell me when it's coming. She said it will be between 7 am and 7 pm. I asked her if she could contact the driver, she no said due to DOT regulations the driver cannot call while driving, I asked her if she could have him call me when he stops and let me know when he would bring the dumpster, she said no again. She said he will give us a call when he is on his way, whenever that is. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. Then she double charged us for 2 dumpsters when we only needed one at the time so she had to issue us a credit.
