Very good experience

The process was very deceiving. I did not know they had a 2 month minimum until they were ready to confirm delivery. Thankfully, I was able to stop the order. Well, let's see... they still have my credit card. After submitting payment, I must have received about 15 different emails, all very confusing. Then one email from a representative saying that if I respond in an hour time then I can get the delivery tomorrow. I responded within minutes asking questions about the 2-month minimum and other things I was unaware of. I got no response. Called and left messages, then emailed again. Nothing until the next day. I would not trust this company. They need better transparency, less emails, and just make the process easier. This is not rocket science. I am only ordering a porta potty!

I honestly feel that the customer service was excellent. I did not have all my information at one time but the customer service rep, Denise, was very patient and allowed me to call her back when I had the complete information. She then took all my information and processed the order quickly and efficiently.

I spoke with Shelby,Becka,and Kara all three were very helpful and professional.

Needed help at the last minute. They are able to provide same day service. The delivery person was very nice and the portable was very clean.

Good ordering experience- quick and easy

Each of the few times I've had the opportunity to ask questions or seek clarifications... have had nothing but positive interactions. Too they were always able to provide clarity when I asked questions about either billing or service. The curbside pickup service itself has been consistent, capable, steady and without exception positive.
