Arwood sends me random invoices even though I prepaid and I have to take much time out of my day to get through to their customer service to correct it all. the portable toilets are fine but they come to service/empty them at 6am on the dot on Thursday mornings and that is just too early to be making all that noise and waking up all the neighbors during city quiet hours.

On the day our Restroom Facilities were in peril, I called many companies in my area to have a porta john brought out that day. Some wanted $400 for same day delivery. Arwood was very helpful and even the same day charge was very reasonable. They put me on the schedule and delivered that afternoon. Saved the day! Thank you

They were able to provide me with a unit but I had to pay double the price because I was out of the service area, I had to clean the unit before I used it. The bowl was clean but the interior and exterior were dirty

Very good customer service

The first quote I called about I was told one thing. Then I asked for another quote from a different department. I waited all day. When I could not wait any longer I decided to go with my first quote. When I called back to order, Arwood knew nothing about my first quote and they did not even have the items I wanted and needed. So at this late point I had to start over. On top of all that, I had to pay a rush fee because I was ordering after 3 pm, which I was never made aware the first time I called. I agreed and placed my order and was told it would be delivered the next day. The next day I called to find out when the items would be delivered and was told any time between 7 am and 7 pm. Then I received an email stating the items would not be delivered until I agreed to pay an additional $1,300 for overtime and fuel. (They had my address at the time of the quote so I was surprised at this 50% additional amount!) I agreed. Still no delivery! The next day I received partial delivery of the items after calling twice. Then I had to call again to get the balance of the order and that did not arrive until the following day. This process had me exhausted!!
