There was a huge scheduling conflict after my initial reservation and the date was changed that wouldn't work for my timeline. With some patience, persistence and after explaining my situation Arwood made it right and I was able to meet my deadline. Thanks for your help Beth

I had to call for weeks after paying for and initiating service a few months ago before I could actually get a bin delivered and service started. After finally getting service started it lasted for a few weeks and now I haven't had a pickup in two straight weeks because of "truck problems". I contacted customer service 5 times this week in an attempt to get help and nobody will call call back or provide a resolution. Meanwhile the trash piles up. I've been a customer for a short time and very little competency or reliability has been demonstrated thus far.

Our pick up and exchange was postponed without advising us until closing time on the date of delivery. I had expenses for people and equipment that cost me $1000 due to this. I had no way to contact anyone about the dumpster since it was after hours. I am ready to sue for breaking the contract and costing me alot of money
