ASAP Site ServicesReviews of asapsiteservices.com

Right on time as promised. Great service, very nice service person that dropped off the unit, placed it right on the spot. Unit was no real clean, just had to wipe off seat and counter, just a dirty.

Shea at ASAP Site Services went above and beyond to help me secure portable toilets with handwashing stations. Despite the shortage of inventory due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Shea was able to locate and set up the delivery for 19 units. The units are urgently needed to help maintain the health safety of our field personnel. The only issue was that the cost increased 2 times from my original quote. Other than the pricing issue, I appreciate all of the work Shea put in to secure this order.

I CALLED FOR A UNIT ON FRIDAY FOR A MONDAY DELIVERY. I LEFT INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL WHEN THEY WERE ON THE WAY SO I COULD OPEN THE GATE. IT'S NOW TUESDAY AFTERNOON AT 4:30 AND AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A THING.

great service with thorough follow up.

There when I needed them also very helpful and polite

Love. On time. Very polite. Excellent communication. Will use again.

Timely delivery and pick ups!!

This company is absoutely pathetic. I ordered a porta potty on April 2nd and paid the rush fee to have it delivered same day. I was assured we would take delivery on that day. It never happened.Called on the 3rd, twice, and never got a delivery. It did not deliver over the weekend. It is now April 6th, and still no delivery. There is nothing ASAP about the company except in name only. Never again.
