I had expected to get a $5.00 discount on my recent order because I had qualified for it. But I did not receive it.

Hello, thank you for your review. The $5 discount was offered to those who took our survey, and required a coupon to be entered at checkout. We see that you may have forgotten to use the coupon, but since you notified us we retroactively issued you a refund for $5 on Nov 24th and emailed you back same day to notify you of such (in reply to your email from Saturday Nov 22nd). Perhaps you never received our email reply from Monday Nov 24? Please check on your credit card statement as the credit was posted on Nov 24th, around 1 week prior to this review.

Their web page was somewhat confusing. I thought I was ordering three ink cartridges but instead ordered and received three bottles of ink. My error! I telephoned the company and explained my problem to a lady. She said she would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. She never did so. The next day, I called the company again and got a recorded message. I explained my problem again and was told I would be contacted. I never was. I next emailed the company asking for a RMA so I could return the unopened bottles for a refund. I have not heard back from them. No one was rude - just unresponsive. I guess I will just take the loss and chalk it up to a bad experienc.

We are very sorry to hear that you were promised a call but never got a call back. We did have phone issues earlier this past week and we posted about that on our FB page, so you may have had a difficult time reaching us, but whoever you spoke with should have called you back. We apologize about this and will take a closer look internally to understand how that was missed so we can prevent it from happening again. If you ordered ink refills instead of cartridges, but intended on ordering cartridges, that won't be a problem for us to issue you a return for credit which you can apply towards the cartridges. We will reach out to you tomorrow to resolve.
