All four of the ink cartridges were recognized by by my printer with no problem. But now the problem. The Cyan cartridge will not print. I have tried cleaning it several times in the printer and out with solvent but all I get when I clean it with solvent is one time print then back to no print. The price was good but not worth any more of my time trying to fix it. I guess the refilled cartridges I should stay away from. I think the Cyan cartridge must have been sitting around for some time before I ordered.

Why do you ask people to keep doing these things. The last time you asked me to do a survey to get a $5 coupon. I took the time to do your survey and by the time I received and opened the E- mail it was expired. Really only good for a couple of days Why bother?

I will be sending back a red ink cartridge that was no good It wouldn't even go into the slot so I opened another one and that one slid right into it like it was suppose to. I want a replacement cartridge for the one I am sending back. It is a Magenta one I checked the other and I also have a Cyan one with the same numbers on and none of the numbers match what is on the ones that go for my printer MFC-J435W. So I will be sending these 2 back and want the correct ones that go to my printer On the ones I got that fit into my printer has ex: B-LC12/40/71/73/75C Below that are B-LC400/1220/1240C These went right in as they were suppose to but the Magenta one wouldn't fit so I am also sending back the Cyan one with the same numbers on it as the other one. This is my second review of my experiences with ASAP Inkjets. As I wrote earlier, the people who help me with my cartridge orders have always been very helpful and kind. Clara, Vincent and Patrick seem to go out of their way to explain things to me and to be friendly, which is important to me. When I have had minor problems, they listened to me and helped me. I know no reason why ASAP Inkjets should not get a Five Start rating! Freda Noble

Cartridges wouldn't work

I ordered my ink and now I've been waiting 12 days now and no ink. It's hard to evaluate the product when it never comes.

As of 12/12/2014 still have not gotten my order. This purchase was made on 11/30/2014. Please follow-up and see where my order is. Thank you for looking into this. Gary Cooper

I ordered 3 of HP 901 XL black inkjet cartridges; it took a wk. to ship. Packaging super. (I hate receiving a large shipping envelope or box that has a small package inside!) Popped one in the printer as soon as arrived (was cold outdoors) & worked right away without any problems. (It was a great idea to include a little eraser to brush over the circuit panel if cartridge wasn't "accepted" by the printer.)
