The cartridges were ready in five business day and none of that mess from the injection refill cap. Just replaced 3 cartridges today, its working like new. It made my day!

My order was easy to complete online. The fulfillment was handled quickly and efficiently. I received my order in a short time. My only gripe is a problem with my online account. My login has been locked and the password reset failed. My request to customer support was off the mark and ineffective. I suspect the support function is not being given the proper level of importance. It didn't work well for me.

I went to the web site for my Epson printer and thought I ordered ink cartridges. When the package came it was bottles of ink which I cannot use. Now I am in the process of sending them back. This is the only time I have had bad service from this company.
