I ordered toner and waited for a tracking number. It arrived several days later but did not link to any package. I called the company and Customer Service (CS) informed me the products were on backorder. I asked how I was able to have a tracking number for a package that contained backorder products and CS asked me to hold. Then I was told by CS the package was in transit but it would take 24 hours for the tracking info to be available. I informed CS that it had been over 48 hours. CS had no response. I informed CS that it had been nearly 2 weeks since my order and to please just credit my card since I no longer had time to wait. CS told me that it was not possible to do that and that I would need to receive the package then return it to them. CS also offered me 10% off my next order which I declined. At that point, CS told me that in fact, I had to be home to sign for the package or it would be automatically returned. That was something I was not aware of, was not informed of and would have kept me from ever ordering. I was then informed by CS that it was my responsibility to keep track of my credit card statement to be sure the funds were returned after the package was sent back. But, since I am unable to track the package, have no idea if delivery has been attempted and doubt this company would actually be honest and return funds after the package makes its way back to them, I have written off this money for the moment and will wait 6 more weeks before filing a complaint with my credit card company. Avoid this company.

No review yet almost a month and I haven't received it yet! The thing was from Ca. went to NJ, now in MO. since the 12th. coming back from across country to WA.

Very sorry about the issue on delivery of this order. It was shipped same day as it was ordered and shipped to the address that was provided, but there was a delivery error with USPS (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=9261293250802460290059) which we are investigating and will get this order refunded for you.

Easy site to understand, easy to place an order and to make a payment. But still waiting for ink...waiting for ink...waiting for ink. If this is the norm for your delivery I will not reorder.

Hello, your order was placed Feb 8 (Sunday) and shipped out Feb 9 (Monday) via USPS. With the Free Ground shipping option that you selected, we advertise 3-7 business day delivery (however most customers receive their orders in 2-3 business days). It depends on the USPS. In your case it took 6 business days considering there was a weekend and a 1 day USPS holiday (President's Day) during the transit period.
