One of the worst apps I’ve seen for the last years My task list looks like a garbage dump, and problems appear with every action, even the most basic one. I can’t even reset my password properly. I end up on pages with no navigation. I couldn’t even use the support !! chatbot. Everything feels like it is telling me: “User, we hate you.”

- False disclosure - locked out - expensive. lockout, zero service corporate monkey that offers a free trial and shows $12.95 pcm subscription but in reality there is nothing to tell you its for a minimum number of seats, and the cost is $60-80 plus. No one replies, zero response to the questions and then you get locked out of your data at the end of the trial. Yep.

The software is ok, but the company is dishonest. When attempting to cancel my subscription, I was double charged, and now they're refusing to refund the charge.

I’ve been using Asana for years, and the recent changes to the free plan are honestly disappointing. What used to be a genuinely useful collaboration tool for small teams now feels extremely restrictive. Suddenly limiting free workspaces to basically 2 users after many of us built workflows around the old system feels like a bait-and-switch. I can absolutely afford to upgrade, but at this point I’d honestly rather move to a completely different platform and pay even more for fewer features than continue supporting a company handling its users this way.

Asana is misseling their plans. No mention of minimum no of seats - sent me fishy screenshot with information proofing otherwise but nowhere transparently disclosed at the time or post purchase - a robbery. - Support during trial period was non-existent even after countless support reach outs. - When I asked about the seat charges, they ignored me (5 cases raised) - I got billed for unused seats - it is only me - I escalated to the manager, but they closed the case without action No resolution, no willingness to fix - stay away. A total fiasco! There are better options out there.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The platform makes it extremely difficult to Unsubscribe. Additionally, if the employee who signed you up for the platform leaves the company, it is nearly impossible to remove that person as owner/admin; thus, creating a perpetual subscription. Try to get that former employee removed from the platform...good luck. Even when you tell their staff that the person is no longer with the company, they still tell you to Cc the person in all correspondence, and they also directly continue to send that former employee direct emails. Stay away from this platform; there are so many others that are more customer-friendly.
