Easy ordering new customer discount and fast drluvery

The order process was smooth, and the delivery was fast. I've been using the product for over a month now, and it works excellently. The colors and pictures are impressive. I can connect it to my laptop without any issues, but I am unable to connect it to my phone or tablet, which leads me to believe it may be a compatibility issue

Had a few teething problems when I first received my portable monitor, but the customer service people were fast to react and give advice. It ended up being the samsung DEX feature that was stopping my phone being mirrored. With it enabled, it turns it in to a desktop. Very handy!

The advertisement states delivery in 3 days. I ordered on November 26th, and today (December 1st), I haven't received my purchase. Customer service says it's on the way... They are scamming people!!!

I bought the Arzopa Z1RC in Europe from their own website, but I warn anyone to NOT do that. My monitor broke down after just 2 weeks, it just blinks different colors now when I try to use it. When I try to contact Arzopa I get this message: "Message blocked Your message to (I can´t put their email here cause trustpilot doesn´t allow email addresses) has been blocked. I'm really happy with it. My number one concern was buying a portable monitor with a sturdy kickstand. The kickstand on the Arzopa is much sturdier than I thought it would be.

The product was very poorly packaged. There was nothing to cushion the monitor screen in the shipping box, so when the box arrived damaged in transit, the product was also damaged. Very disappointed.

Ruined my nanas birthday item never arrived. Customer service ignored messages
