I bought this one the 144hz monitor 16” and was working great however the material is very fragile and can be broken even if it is places in a laptop bag. I travelled with it in laptop bag and i found it broken and when i reached to customer service they wouldn’t exchange it for new one and just offered a discount which is making it even higher than the price i bought it with first time. This screen main task is for travelling as they mention on the website but even with being cautious and putting it is laptop bag it got broken I will never buy this again and lose my money here

On feb 2025 I ordered the Arzopa Z1FC Monitor from this website, after I received the monitor, I test it with my Console and Laptop. There HDMI port was flickering every 2/3 minutes and it had one nasty dead pixel in the centre of the screen. I tried 3 different HDMI cables and non on them solved the problem. I tried contacting them by sending an email and adressing the problem. They asked me for video's and pictures which I provided them directly. After that, NOTHING. They started ignoring my e-mails. They just refuse to let me return this faulty monitor, even after reporting the problem within 48 hours! I will make a case of it and will not let them steal my money and send me a faulty product. My monitor came fast but the case and stand took much longer. Over all I’m pleased with everything even the customer service response was in a timely manner.
