The monitor works great however when I received it there was some sticky residue that i had go clean off of the screen.

Nice screen, compact, clearly well made. Very happy and I especially like that it has it's own stand built in.

Just received it a few days ago, only used a little so far. It was a gift for my wife to help her save her family/children pictures somewhere besides her over-used phone. Was fairly easy to get set up and send a few pics to the frame. Default display is 60 seconds per picture which seems long, and have not found a way to adjust that setting. Have not really had a whole lot of time to use the frame that much,(thus the rating) but we did unplug it because it seems it would randomly turn itself on, which was getting creepy. Overall we think it is a good product, cool feature is my wife's grown kids can send pics right to the frame, which is exciting for her with a grandchild on the way.

I bought an Arzopa Z3FC portable monitor from Arzopa’s website. After a short time I noticed a small light spot on the display that was only visible when the screen was turned on, which was disappointing considering the monitor was still quite new. I contacted their support and sent them a photo and video of the issue. It took a bit of back and forth, but the support team was polite and responsive throughout the process. They eventually arranged a replacement. I returned the defective unit to the address they provided in Spain, and after it arrived there they shipped a new one. The replacement arrived safely and works perfectly, and they also reimbursed the return shipping costs as promised. Overall the process took a little time, but I appreciate that they followed through and resolved the issue properly. For anyone reading reviews: portable monitors like this depend a lot on the cable and the power coming from the device you connect it to. In my case everything has been stable when using a good USB-C cable (certain shipments may come with a faulty USB-C cable) and a device that can supply enough power. It’s good to see a company stand behind their product and make things right when something does go wrong.

Purchased this to use whilst working from home and in other locations away from the office. Very good price, comes with 3 different cables which enables you to just plug in and play. It’s very light and has a sturdy built in stand which just folds away into the back of the monitor. It’s a worthwhile piece of kit and a must if you are used to using multiple screens in the office.

Package came fast and the monitor has no damage during shipment. The quality is great but I am experiencing some unfriendly tech related issues.

My order was processed and sent quickly. To get 5 stars would have liked daily emails notifying me of delivery timing.

So far I am liking the product, but I am giving 4 stars because it says that the product arrives around 3 days but it took almost two weeks, and also because The screen shows a white dot when it is dark, as if it was hit
