It’s going in the garbage and I lost all my money
It’s garbage it has to be thrown in the trash. It’s so thin and a piece of artwork. Do you want to put in there will barely fit unless it’s a sheet of paper forgetting anything if it’s matted instead of glass, you got a plastic flimsy front that you can barely see through and the frame is so thin you can barely see that there’s any frame around it at all and the return policy is awful. It cost you just as much to return the frame as what you spent on it so you just end up losing your money and having to throw in the trash I highly recommend not buying it at all unless you want to lose all your money and not be able to use it
Response from ArtToFramesJul 30, 2026
Melanie, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the frame didn’t meet your expectations for your matted artwork and that the return cost felt frustrating. For safety during shipping, we are unable to ship glass in frames larger than 16x20. Since your order was 28x34, the system and order confirmation correctly specified acrylic glazing instead of glass to ensure it could be safely delivered without breakage. This is one of our top-selling standard profile frames and is designed to accommodate multiple mats, acrylic glazing, and foam backing. With a 1.25" width, 0.75" height, and 0.5" rabbet depth, it is a very standard frame profile suitable for most matted framing projects. As an alternative to returning the order, our team also reached out offering a gift card as a resolution option, but we did not receive a response. We would still be happy to honor that option if it helps resolve the situation for you. We’d still like to review your order and the communication around the return in detail. Please email cs AT arttoframes.com and mention this Trustpilot review so our team can locate your order and assist further.
