Quality products. The web site is easy to use and the frames come packaged well with prompt delivery. Wide selection of options.

The matting is great and so is the shipping. However, the quality of the frames is terrible. What is described on the website as a “maple” frame is actually a film/veneer of computer-generated maple grain pattern wrapped around a composite board core. This will be my last order from Art To Frames.
Response from ArtToFramesJul 31, 2026
We’re glad the matting and shipping met your expectations, but we’re sorry the frame’s material and finish weren’t what you understood from the product description. The distinction between a maple-colored finish and solid maple should be clear before an order is placed. Please email your order number and a photo of the frame to [email protected] and we will check what went wrong. If we sent you the wrong product we will issue you a refund or replacement.

On Trac left my package in the road outside of a gated community where it was run over. On Trac has done this several times. No such issue with UPS, FedEx , etc

Perfect fit for an odd sized picture. Love being able to get a frame in any custom size that can't be found locally, or at the exorbitant prices of a frame shop. Great quality, great value.
Response from ArtToFramesJul 31, 2026
David, we’re glad the custom sizing gave you the perfect fit for a picture that was difficult to frame locally. It’s great to hear you were happy with both the quality and the value.

Great folks to deal with! They offer an amazing selection of frames and mats as well as many options in glass and acrylic, all at an affordable price. I've ordered from them several times and I've always been delighted with the product and with the turnaround time.

We really appreciate you choosing us for several orders. We’re glad the selection of frames, mats, and glazing options has worked well for you and that both the finished products and turnaround times have consistently met your expectations.
