Frame was perfect upon arrival
Frame was perfect upon arrival. I was surprised on the packing when it arrived. It was packed well, but one end of the box was open - and had one piece of tape to hold the sides together ! What if it had been raining oustide ?-- but all in all I love the frame but curious IF that was normal for shipping

Shirley, we’re glad the frame arrived in perfect condition and that you love it. The box arriving open at one end isn’t how we’d want a shipment to reach you, even though the frame was protected inside. We are happy it was received in one piece and look forward to being there for you in the future.

Custom Framing without the Cost
Wife tends to buy prints with no regard to how much custom framing will cost. I make sure to measure everything twice when i order the frames, hoping i won't have to trim anything. This last time I ordered from ArtToFrames, every one of the prints fit the frames that I ordered perfectly (7 in all). (When ordering, make sure to be aware of the 1/4 inch overhang.) AND, I ordered standard free delivery and the the order showed up way before scheduled! Will definitely use them again.

We’re glad all seven prints fit their frames perfectly and that your careful measuring paid off. It’s also great to hear the order arrived well ahead of schedule. We really appreciate you choosing Art To Frames and look forward to helping with your next framing project.

The first shipment had some small marks on the plexi. I called, got a human and they were awesome. Took care of it and also walked through options for gallery anti-glare acrylic. will use this company again

Frame is absolutely perfec
Frame is absolutely perfect. I am highly disappointed where your carrier left the frame. If you look at the picture of the delivery. There is a porch RIGHT THERE! Plus there was a chance of rain that day. They couldn’t get their legs up two steps to put it out of the weather and off of the ground. Not happy about that at all. Frame is very good.
Response from ArtToFramesAug 23, 2026
Lynn, we’re glad you’re happy with the frame itself, but leaving the package on the ground when a covered porch was just steps away is understandably disappointing, especially with rain in the forecast. We have shared your feedback with our shipping carrier. THANK YOU
