5 stars all around. I had 3 custom mats made and ordered 3 frames. All mats were great quality and were made perfectly to size, which were all quite odd, they were packed safely and arrived in excellent condition. The frames also were packed very well and came without flaws or damage and had all hardware included. I would 100% recommend!

Heather, we’re glad all three custom mats were cut perfectly for your unusual sizes and that the frames arrived safely with all the hardware included. We really appreciate your recommendation and are happy everything came together so well.

I needed to reframe some heirloom drawings that had been in our father's office for decades. I loved that I could upload photos and see them with the frame and matting options. I ordered and four days later my four frames arrived for <$200 and they're really lovely. I couldn't have gotten this quality at that price in a store. Thanks.

John, we’re glad the online preview helped you choose frames and mats for drawings that have been in your family for decades. It’s wonderful to hear all four frames arrived quickly and gave you the quality and value you were looking for.

Wrong size glass sent, left me scrambling. I'm in a distant small town area, I relied this service. I ordered 18 x 24 glass and matting, was sent the wrong size glass and now I'm up a creek doing my best to figure out what to do to solve my issue in time. Won't use this company again. They provide one single service and failed.

Ken, we’re sorry the wrong-size glass left you scrambling, especially when you were relying on the order to arrive correctly the first time. Our customer service team has already reached out to you directly so we can review what was received and work toward a resolution. We hope to get this addressed for you as quickly as possible.
