MOST UNPROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW PROCESS I EVER WENT THROUGH. I cannot express how disrespectful and unprofessional this company has been with my interview process. After 7 HOURS of calls, email exercises, and roleplays (plus all the time invested in preparing for them), they have completely disappeared and ghosted me without giving me any update on the outcome of hiring process, after several courtesy follow up emails due to the radio silence. Not even an auto email. Not to mention that even though I applied for one role, they tried to offer 2 different roles without a clear structure or list of reasons, resulting in me repeating the same interview with different people within the company. How a company treats its employees and possible future employees tells a lot about itself, and I consider myself lucky now that I had the chance to see this big red flag about Artsy. You cannot waste people time and make them progress to the next stages of the process without even give them a final response - we are professional and you need to respect the time we invest in you. To all the reliable and hard working professionals out there, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY who does not show any respect towards its candidates.

Having received an online gallery of the work of an artist I particularly like I ordered one item which was I thought reasonably priced and was delivered extremely promptly in excellent condition

From the initial inquiry through every step of the process, Artsy support was great in both facilitating communication with the various galleries as well as ensuring confidence in the purchasing process. I will definitely be working with Artsy again in the near future.

Had an issue with a purchase and they went above and beyond to protect me with the transaction with the seller and make sure everything was resolved appropriately.

I couldn’t quite understand how to unsubscribe to the updates, newsletters, etc. So instead of wasting a lot of time fiddling around, I sent an e-mail to the Artsy support team asking them for assistance. In a reasonable time later, they came back to me and confirmed that I would no longer receive anymore e-mails from them, meaning the multi recipient type. This is not the first time I’ve experienced excellent and efficient support. They’re far from afraid to do an extra step out of their way for client satisfaction purposes. I make it a point to praise them here as this has, unfortunately become a rare quality. Well done!
