Miserable experience
The painting was misrepresented and arrived damaged. It took two months and a hundred emails to resolve. Artsy only responds to emails once a week. And they require photos to be sent as email attachments (no upload portal) -- but emails with attachments are frequently sent to spam by their spam filter. Emails with Dropbox links are also sent to spam and the associates don't check their spam folders. Since they only respond every 7 days, it's very difficult to learn whether they have received your messages. You can't reach a human by phone. You can leave a voicemail but no one ever calls you back. Such a painful miserable experience. I would NEVER purchase anything from them again.
