I inadvertently made a purchase with the incorrect card (business vs personal) and Artsy was wonderful about working with me and the gallery to switch. I have made a couple of purchases through them without incident but was beyond impressed with the level of service and willingness to help when I asked. Highly recommend.

Jeg kunne fint fremsøge kendt kunstner, og tidligere salg for denne. Da jeg ville sælge, fik jeg beskeden at kunstnerne ikke fandtes i deres registrer, og derfor ikke kunne sælges. Ærgerligt for alle parter. Artsy tager tilsyneladende kun et meget begrænset antal kunstnere. Ikke noget for mig, håber det bliver bedre i fremtiden.

What started out as an exiting purchase soon went terrible wrong.Let me be clear it was definitely not the fault of Artsy but it was the sellers errors which caused the confusion. Once the errors were identified by myself and Artsy.The recovery plan went into effect and Artsy immediately sent me back all money owing to me, from my original purchase. Even though I didn't get what I wanted it turned out to be a reasonable positive experience. Plus I learned a lesson. This would have never been possible if it wasn't an employee from Artsy named Isabel. She made me feel very confident that everything would be resolved. Day in and day out she kept me up to date with everything and finally with the refund. She was very understanding and reassuring throughout A real professional. Thanks Isabel!!
