The packaging was so shoddy for an artwork I paid more than 1200 dollars for. The poorly packaged work came with the glass broken on top of the delicate painting. It cause some flaking of the paint. Im really upset because its a work of my stepdad who raised me from a child.

I love the fact the artist is near local. And affordable.

This is my first purchase from artsy and it was extremely easy. We found the artist we were looking for and the gallery did a great job of packaging the artwork and it was delivered to my home inn just 4 days.

Package came earlier than expected and was wrapped with care, so as to not be broken. Very smooth and very happy with purchase, my wife will love it for her birthday.

Art quality is great and the app is easy to use. It’s given me great recommendations. My only qualm is the shipping method caused me inconvenience— I wish they’d use maybe DHL or someone instead of FedEx, who did not make good faith delivery attempts over the weekend and thus I had to wait at home for two full days

They communicated effectively. Art was delivered on time and packaged well. The art work was even more beautiful in real life. I would certainly use Artsy again!
