I refer ArtSpan to all artists I meet. It is never down, the best search engines, easy to use, unlimited images and excellent help staff. My galleries and art consultants like the password protected section.

Whenever, I need tech support, Artspan responds immediately. Always alerts me to scams...which was extremely helpful 4 or 5 years ago(many azquaintances have been duped). Easy to navigate. I get many compliments on my site.

Artspan is a fairly good site for artists. The headache is initiating the service. I have had two domains and trying to get them to work on Artspan has been a nightmare. Lots of fingerpointing between GoDaddy (the domain provider) and Artspan who uses Cloudflare servers. I am now up and running and am happy with the way the site looks, but I still wish tech support was better.

The website has so many glitches it is impossible to use. Customer support is terrible. Rude staff that prefer to be rude to customers and blane the customers fir questioning the site not working rather than fix issues Avoid. A waste of any professionals time. They are based in new jersey and may be affiliated with the othef Art Site too As per the reply no venting here. genuine customer who had a genuinely bad experience and their website doesn't work properly. odd that they try to blame their customers for their own failings and rude customer service as people and accuse effected customers of venting . people legitimately complain when the service is bad- a screwed up company to blame and gaslight custimers Happy to prove to Trust pilot this us a valid review of a genuine customer. customers should be able to leave reviews in peace without further harresemnt from the company

Artspan has been my website host for nearly 15 years. I’ve always loved the ease of use and how great my website looks. This last year they’ve had quite a few upgrades to our sites. Most recently they added coupon codes for us to use. I had a big sale last weekend, using a coupon code promotion, and everything ran perfectly! No errors, no glitches, no check out problems. But LOTS of sales. Thank you Artspan!
