I have had my website through Artspan for almost as long as they've been in existence, which in itself is a recommendation for this platform. As an artist, doing things like making a website are beyond my skill set, but everything has been so easy with the templates and ease of adding artwork, of setting up galleries, sending newsletters to followers, having the fine art print facilities of Artspan make prints in a wide range of sizes --- it's fantastic. All through the years I've been with Artspan, they have expanded and improved their services, never falling behind in tech advances, and growing to be one of the prominent portals for artists, with very reasonable rates. And the support from Artspan is top notch. They respond quickly and go to every length to resolve any issues that I have. They alert me if they notice any problem with my uploads that I have missed. There is a very personal feel to the attention they give their artists. I love that they promote artists through feature articles and collections on themes. I look forward to their continued growth, and applaud them for the high standards they started out with, and continue to maintain over the years. Ease of use, excellence of service, and high-level professional results the artist can be proud of - that is Artspan.

I totally agree with other reviewers here: Artisan's Help Desk is readily available, knowledgable and friendly, the internal workings of the website templates and website building is very understandable, the Video Tutorials and Business articles are very helpful, and I appreciate the features for Newsletter, Contact Form, external link to my Blog, as well as the number of templates, colors and typestyles to choose from. I also appreciate the integrated Shopping Cart and the Print and Framing service (very high quality prints)--all very easy to navigate for shoppers. All of this is a lot that I didn't have to invent from scratch...relief! With a minimum of website-building experience (but a good eye for design) I feel that I've created a very presentable artist website using the Artspan platform. I would also agree with one reviewer that much of the traffic to my site seems to come from Artspan's efforts to promote their website platform service, rather than for my original art and prints. I would LOVE to see more promotion that led to sales of prints and originals! That being said, I signed up for Artspan as a website platform, and anything beyond that excellent service would simply be icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Whenever I have had a question someone has gotten back to me in a timely fashion. Also it is viewed by a targeted audience so I have gotten several emails from prospective customers, galleries, a magazine and admirers.
