I have been with Artspan for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences with it. I appreciate that it is easy to use and allows me to change things as I want. I was with another website before and everything had to be done by them and sometimes took a while to be accomplished. With Artspan when I sell a painting I can just mark it as sold myself. I have had some inquires about my works and Artspan will always advise that it may be a scam, which unfortunately several have been. Being a trusting person this has helped me from being a victim of scammers. I would recommend Artspan to anyone who wants to set up an artist website without spending a fortune.

Artspan.com has a caring and responsive support team who really do their best to help and promote artists. I have been with them for several years and I would recommend them to any artist needing a website.

Customer service is great, and Artspan functions well as a simple website. The design and shop options seem slightly less “fancy” or current compared to similar platforms like Squarespace. As a painter with decades of work, I’d also like to be able to separate my work on different pages or add title bars within the gallery on my homepage to indicate where a series or new year of work starts, versus separating work into galleries; for some reason people get confused by the galleries. I would also like to separate available work onto a page of its own so people don’t have to look at every single item on my website (since my work sells at different times and from a variety of years it was created, but I like to display it newest work first). Overall, I have been very pleased, and I recommend Artspan all the time!

Easy to use, lots of options to customize your website, good pricing and outstanding customer service. They are quick to respond and help with any issues. I have lost track of how long I've been with Artspan, but probably over 10 years. I would highly recommend them to any artist looking for a website solution.

I love being part of Artspan. Their customer service is very good. I am not very good with computer technology. When I need help sizing a painting or whatever, they answer my questions with clear instructions. Having a secure shopping cart is very important. When customers want to pay for a painting with a credit card, they can do so. I trust Artspan to be my web host. I am sticking with them.
