They sent my customer a pair of sneakers that had the letters SAMPLE on it!! Refused to send me a refund! Very very dissatisfied with customer service!! Will be using a new printing company for future orders. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Regards to the comments about ArtsAdd, i can honestly say we have had a lovely experience with them. Some of our product inside labels wasn’t the best printed, but the products are great custom quality for the price. However the customer service especially from Tina is outstanding! & I think people should check sizing and material of the product first to save an angry review (communication is key!)

Very bad customer service! They sent a rug with wrong size (the difference was over 6 inches), my client wanted a full refund. Which I did immediately but then I tried to get a refund from artsadd and the CS representative came with hundreds of excuses to avoid this. After I alerted them about the mistake they changed the size of the rug on the web site (from 120 inches to 114 inches) and tried to convince me that I ordered the right size. They even said that the material shrinks during the washing!?!! Like the big rugs are prewashed? I had to threaten them with opening a case with PayPal and got my money back but the experience was terrible. Avoid this company!

I think it's hit or miss with some of their items, so you definitely need to get samples first. Some of their stuff is made well, other things aren't. As for shipping, I seems consistent with an international order. I haven't paid for the express shipping so I don't know what that would be like. The only thing I really dislike is the ship from address, they make up names like "Joe Doe" I really don't know why it's so hard to actually put a real company name on the return address. Only had one issue so far with them sending the wrong item to a customer, but had no problem getting customer service to reship the correct item. I feel comfortable enough using them, but again, will always get a sample before putting anything new on my site.

I just started a print on demand business. The string bikinis was one thing I wanted to have my art printed on. I did a sample order and I was so pleased. Great print great sizing and I was hooked. I did a manual order for promo and this is where all of the bikini bottoms were not sized like the chart measurements. The medium was a large, the small a medium and the 2 XL were an inch out leaving the size in-between 3&4xl.i was shocked as these measurements are not acceptable. How couldn't I even use them in a business. Why have a size chart to go by? Im really hoping it gets rectified. I know they have millions of dollars into this business. I will say the fitness bags were a 5 starbut I hope the bikini thing gets solved 😭

Very satisfied with my purchase. I was a little worried when I saw the comments after buying but the shipment was very fast and the product is great!
