I have used arts add for many years and after a bit of trial and error i have found out what their better quality products were and have done quite well with them. They have been quick at dispatch which is always a positive but recently I am getting complaints about items not lasting longer than a couple of weeks. When asking for a replacement this has not happened as they always have an excuse why they cannot replace them so i am out of pocket because as a responsible seller I have paid for a new one.

Though my tote looked good upon arrival, it began to seriously deteriorate after only occasional use. The PU leather started tearing at multiple junction points and the metal feet on the bottom literally fell off. I contacted Artsadd to ask if they would repair or replace the tote. Their response was NO to either, stating that they do not offer after-sale service. I don't know how to stop the tote from ripping further, so I'm left with a bag I cannot use. It's such a shame because I spent so much time designing it and I really, really looked forward to owning it. I've ordered many print-on-demand products, including bags, from other sites and not experienced this kind of problem, but this was my 1st PU leather item. I wonder if a fabric/canvas tote would have ripped like the PU leather did... maybe not. Nevertheless, I think Artsadd customer service is lousy. How can you do business with a manufacturer who doesn't stand behind the quality of their products? I DO NOT recommend ordering products from Artsadd..
