Hi. I was repeatedly scammed by this people for years and I thought I should warn others, since I see this is full of fake reviews. I'm the owner of a popular print-on-demand clothing brand and was using artsadd as one of my supplier. repeatedly, they would charge me and never send the order or they would send damaged products, send them in a wrong size or even send another product unrelated to my brand. and always refused a refund, I always had to refund myself and make a paypal dispute. Everytime. Theywould even threatened me for opening paypal disputes when they stole from me. Being so unprofessional and irresponsible with my orders, they damaged my reputation on Amazon and other stores, due to the reviews, and they made me lose my customers. Also made me lose a third of my earnings because I always had to refund when they always refused to refund me. So, This is the kind of company that they are. I luckily found another that makes the same products and is not run by chinese. They are very professional.

Sketchy Bait and switch pricing. Claim sales on items but only lowering prices to appear cheaper but then raising $0 shipping fees to ridiculous amounts to cover the lower prices. NOT sales or better prices at all. Just changing free shipping to paid shipping and making it "appear" as cheaper prices. Support is lame and laughs at your questions too. They are no help at all even with 1 simple question.

I started using this print on demand company in 2018. They were very professional and had great quality work in the beginning. Yet as time progressed they got worse and worse. I don't know if they have a quality control team because the items are not being checked for defects prior to being shipped out. I pay extra for my brand logo to be added to the packaging yet it is still not added to the packaging. Then when I contact their team they have yet to give me my money back for any of the packaging that my logo was not placed on nor for the products that had defects. They will always try to give you a small percentage of what you paid for an item. Furthermore they keep taking products off of their catalogs monthly. You can not consistently sell a winning product with them because they will always take down that product without a proper notice ahead of time. I am so disappointed with their service

I placed an order on 1/5/25 and paid for DHL Shipping 3-7 days. Items shipped on 1/12/25 and now my package is lost. All customer service keeps saying is wait, wait, wait. Now I am an unhappy business owner with an even more unhappy customer who is upset that this company that I used to dropship her tote bags have lost them and unwilling to take responsibility for them or issue a refund or remake the products. Now my customer is out of $200+ order. They take no responsibility for poor customer service.

I left this company alone for over a year hoping they would get better but I was wrong.Cheap quality jackets that with no inside pockets, the colors don't match my logo I presented an they act like I'm color blind after they tell you the colors are off a little.Dont waste your money they are not customer friendly they are all about taking your money and offering you the cheapest discount for there mistakes just to leave you unhappy. I DONT CARE HOW FAST MY ITEM GETS HERE I WANT TO PAY FOR WHAT I EXPECTED.

They sent my customer a pair of sneakers that had the letters SAMPLE on it!! Refused to send me a refund! Very very dissatisfied with customer service!! Will be using a new printing company for future orders. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very bad customer service! They sent a rug with wrong size (the difference was over 6 inches), my client wanted a full refund. Which I did immediately but then I tried to get a refund from artsadd and the CS representative came with hundreds of excuses to avoid this. After I alerted them about the mistake they changed the size of the rug on the web site (from 120 inches to 114 inches) and tried to convince me that I ordered the right size. They even said that the material shrinks during the washing!?!! Like the big rugs are prewashed? I had to threaten them with opening a case with PayPal and got my money back but the experience was terrible. Avoid this company!

Ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson. When it hadn’t arrived by the middle of December I contacted the company to be told it’s their busiest time and pre-Christmas delivery can’t be guaranteed. I emailed again this week, middle of January, to be told that the item was delivered. If that was the case why would I be looking for it? When I questioned non-delivery I was told that no after-sales service would be offered, as the package was delivered properly and I should look for it. Totally unimpressed. I have asked more questions but it looks like I will be claiming via Paypal
