I have ordered from Artsadd 4 times and satisfied with my product for the most part. There was shirt design that I was disappointed in and will never wear. The material and the way it hang on me was not comfortable. I was really satisfied with the bags.

Been really happy so far with product selection and quality. Especially shoes, wasn't expecting a custom running shoe to last me 2 years, but here we are. I'm taking one star off for not having certain options available, like pockets on boardshorts or pajama pants, and the feel/style of hoodies are a bit off, especially the cuffs. I'd much rather be able to get a full cotton/poly blend hoodie like you'd buy in a store vs the smooth fabric they use, but I'm sure that's just what's required to do the all-over-print technique. Production is fast, shipping is slow but to be expected and tracking info is accurate. Customers have been happy with sizing accuracy too!

I love every item received, except the last order. The quality of the items and design are amazing on 99% of items. The last one was not as amazing on quality, I did reach out to customer service. Was told that new item/item not made from their company. So make sure to order within the company to guarantee better quality. Even though the last was not great, especially after having to refund customer. I still love this company, as I said 99% of what I have order was great.
