What made my experience great was, the piece was beautiful. But it was too small. I love how they just jump right on it. They emailed me quickly and told me what to do. In other words, the customer service was outstanding. No BS. that's what's up.

I LOVE JEWELRY, especially good jewelry. ARTIZAN IS AMAZING!!!Everything about it is first class! The designs are modern and the stacking concept of the necklaces and bracelets is so on trend that I can use them for day or evening. As gifts, everyone that I gave things to for Christmas has become a convert too and I couldn't be prouder. The quality is first class and when a little glitch came up with something that I bought, the customer service department resolved it right away. This line is a FIND!!!!

Artisan Joyeria Order #108881 I ordered size 8 inch bracelet. Bracelet I received measured 7” inches. Returned 7” bracelet. Received (at no extra charge) 7.5” bracelet. I gave up and did not return the 7.5” bracelet. I could not tell if I liked the bracelet because I never got it see it on my wrist. UPDATE: It’s now March 18, 2024 and I still have not heard from Artizan Joyeria about the bracelet I ordered. They said that they would contact me and make it right, not yet.

First, I absolutely love the look of all the jewelry, several pieces I bought are gorgeous. My only complaint is some are tricky to put on. I recently bought a necklace where the clasp opened and came off completely, I ended up losing a charm down my sink, I was disappointed. So beautiful but a shame it was difficult to put on.

UPDATE 1/5/24 - They reached out and agreed to exchange the ring for a completely different ring without stones in it if I paid the difference and shipping and handling to which I agreed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: They do not stand by their products. Do not buy from this low class jewelry store. Bought a square ring with cz stones in it and less than 3 months later the stones are falling out and they won't do anything about it. You can find better quality at Claire's in the mall. I will never purchase from them ever again. Run far away or you will waste your money for poor quality jewelry and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
