They mailed my package only after reaching out to support. I got it back on 8/31, I was out of town for work and I was back on 9/3, when I saw one of the bracelets that I ordered and the quality looks cheap, looks rough and not well made, the other two products were good. I reached out to them because I wanted to exchange the bracelet since I haven’t used and I won’t be using it, unfortunately they told me that it was passed the 30 days window, for 3 days, which I explained that I was out of town. Their response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience, that’s all. That was extremely disappointing for a first time customer that isn’t happy with her first purchase because their product quality and presentation isn’t the best. First and last time ordering from them.

I really liked this jewelry when I first learned of them this summer. I bought a ton of it. Well I give it 2 stars because of a faulty ring and bracelet piece fell off. I bought a ring with rhinestones in it and it was mostly in my jewelry box. When I took it out, one of the stones fell out. I contacted them for a replacement. They will not exchange the faulty ring! My order was outside their warranty policy by a month or less. Why can’t they back up their quality and exchange it so I can wear it ? . I was a huge fan but not anymore. That’s all it takes to lose a good customer , I wish I didn’t spent so much . One small exchange with an exception could make a world of difference. I found other stores that made exceptions when it’s outside the return policy. I’m disappointed even more because a bracelet I bought from Artisan Joyeria also lost a piece to it so its unfit to wear. I just wore these items on my hand and wrist like normal. No more.

I am in love with this link bracelet- and wear it with another mixed metal AJ bracelet (The Hole) and a gold bangle which was a gift from my mother. I like the BOLD look. And plan to order the matching necklace. I receive frequent compliments on my AJ jewelry and I've found customer service to be accommodating. The plus- I can leave them on in the pool or shower.

The first piece I purchased is a mixed metal hole. Bangle. A hinged bangle so classy, it defies the odds that it is a stainless steel piece with white gold and yellow Gold and silver elements. It fits perfectly. When locked the clasp is invisible. The only way to tell is the slightly visible square hinge on one side. So many compliments. When Gold is so unaffordable and has not evolved in design for many reasons. The durability and scratch resistance and moisture resustance of this piece is incredible. It is heavy, nicely squared edges and absolutely stunning. I am looking at the ring and a few more of these in the future as gifts . Made in Florida, by USA artisans make a world of difference to my choice Everyone should have one- Christmas is around the corner yall

I found Artizan Joyeria's site and couldn't believe the amazing designs. Really modern, with everything from dainty to sleek chunky. Beautiful jewelry in every category. I found the perfect,chunky, but feminine bracelet. The bracelet was even better that it looked when it arrived. I'll be back!
