I really liked this jewelry when I first learned of them this summer. I bought a ton of it. Well I give it 2 stars because of a faulty ring and bracelet piece fell off. I bought a ring with rhinestones in it and it was mostly in my jewelry box. When I took it out, one of the stones fell out. I contacted them for a replacement. They will not exchange the faulty ring! My order was outside their warranty policy by a month or less. Why can’t they back up their quality and exchange it so I can wear it ? . I was a huge fan but not anymore. That’s all it takes to lose a good customer , I wish I didn’t spent so much . One small exchange with an exception could make a world of difference. I found other stores that made exceptions when it’s outside the return policy. I’m disappointed even more because a bracelet I bought from Artisan Joyeria also lost a piece to it so its unfit to wear. I just wore these items on my hand and wrist like normal. No more.

My tiny necklace broke within 1 week of being worn

It has been close to 2 months since I ordered set of bracelets. No indication at time of purchase this was a pre-order. Still have no shipping details , even though customer service emailed I would have package 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing. Charged my card immediately versus once item shipped. I would recommend looking at a more customer oriented jewelry company.

It’s a shame because their jewelry is so beautiful and edgy. I love their designs, but they are quite pricey and their items are deceptive. I really liked that some pieces could have charms and I bought a necklace and a bracelet along with some charms. Besides being a bit overpriced, the shipping took forever and was even late by a few days. Then when I finally received my order, none of the charms would fit on either the necklace or bracelet. Why would you sell charms only for certain pieces that don’t fit onto others? Also, one of the charms was the wrong one. In fact, the charm they sent me isn’t even on the website, so who knows what it is. I tried calling their number, but it was after hours and the recording says to leave a message, but it hangs up on you after the recording so you can’t even leave a message. Then I sent an email, which they did respond to in a timely manner. But I had asked them to give me a shipping label so I could return the wrong item and they should ship me the correct one. The customer service rep sends me a link to do it myself and even addressed me as the wrong name. The amount of mistakes with this order is insane. You don’t even read the name that the person signed their email with and you just address them however? Kind of like how you just send whatever item? I really wanted to like this company and had high hopes, but I will not be buying anything else from them. And if anyone asks me about the pieces I’m wearing, because they’re truly stunning, I will be sure to warn them and steer them away from this company. So sad. Update: when you request a return, it says that the label will be sent to your email, but it never did.

I fell in love with this jewelry line and Unfortunately I have to write this review. I was super excited about wearing my new bracelet I received:( However it broke after just 2 wears. I actually was lucky I felt the charm fall off as I was moving my hand so was able to find my charm. I do think the jewelry is to pricey for things to be breaking that easy. I did contact the creative director through email and I never relieved a reply which is very disappointing since she reached put to me to ask for a review on this site since I had left a good review somewhere else.

New to this brand I ordered several pieces during Black Friday 2024, the rings are nice, the Just click necklace is cumbersome to put on weird design it doesn't have a clasp and too short for my neck, if it wear longer and actually had a clasp it would have been just fine. I ordered one of the silver chain ishchia bracelets its too cheaply made very disappointed it looks like material from Michael's the chain isnt weighted at all giving it a very very cheap feel, also returning. They have some good pieces its seems to be a hit or mess situation. The waterfall ring is very nice, Im waiting for the twin ring to restock. im not waiting for all my refunds lets see how this goes if poorly ill be back with an update. So far customer service has been good.

Bought a layered necklace set from them a few months back and love it. However, just saw the same exact set on Altar’d State’s website for 1/4 of the price. Very disappointing.

I left a review for my jewelry in the website but it was never published. So first of all, the shipping was really fast and the bracelet I received was gorgeous- I was so excited for it. It was the two-toned Ischia bracelet. But I was rather disappointed with how quickly the gold plated parts rubbed off. Now it just looks like a full silver bracelet. I only had it for two months, so that type of thing happened a lot quicker than I would have expected. I don’t know if it’s a defective batch, but I was definitely disappointed with it. It’s still beautiful- but silver and dull where the gold came off.
