Excellent customer service. Concise fashion advise. A great experience.

The quality in the construction as well as the fabric is excellent. The fit of the garment is fantastic as well once you get it dialed in. Sometimes the website and the account page can be a little glitchy but Nikki is amazingly fast to respond with any customer service issues. I keep reaching for my Articles of Styles stuff over and over again.

I was really unhappy with the final fit and they were really poor about communication. I had to spend 100s on tailoring after I received it and they never offered to reimburse. Do not recommend.

My service and overall experience with Articles of Style were great. The suit fit well too. The reason why my review rates them only four stars instead of five is because, in hindsight, I don’t love the fabric I chose for the suit. It looked good in a small sample but not so great as an entire suit. My fault but still the result is suboptimal. I still recommend AOS to others especially for those who are hard to fit in typical off-the-rack suits. The prices are not cheap but the quality is high based on my experience.

Always a pleasure doing business with AOS. I have purchased two 3 piece suits, a Mac and now 4 polos from them and everything is of the highest quality with perfect service. Couldn’t ask for more!
