Great quality and fit, not so great communication.
The quality and final fit of the garments are great. By far the most comfortable clothes I've ever owned. The process was a little tedious, but the end result was worth it. Note that you will absolutely need a trusted local tailor to make the final adjustments. I felt the custom wardrobe process wasn't as personalized as I expected and the communication was throughout the process sub par. The timeline of me placing the order to receiving my final garments was about 5-months. Some of that was my fault as I think it took me a few days to upload my measurements and photos, and I had the test garments for probably another few days to a week before I uploaded the photos and comments. It seems that they were in the middle of changing warehouses and some of their suppliers, which I think contributed most to the delays. Overall, I do recommend AoS if you don't have a local shop that can offer the same services. I'm been in to Surmesur a number of times, but feel the final product I received from AoS is far superior to what I would have received from Surmesur. Now that I have these garments, I no longer want to wear anything that I had in my wardrobe previously. I ordered the Builder capsule, but wished I would have done the Master capsule. I was nervous to commit so much money upfront. If you're in the same position as I was, I would recommend ordering a single garment or suit to test the process and quality, and then order the Master capsule, as that would likely be less expensive than ordering the Builder capsule twice, and would also be less headaches.
