Hello, this is an update to the message. Our team has been trying to contact you by email and phone, but we haven't received a response. Your package is ready for collection from the Posti collection point. Hello, we’re sorry to hear about your concern and would like to clarify the situation Take this in mind before make a review, under normal circumstances, our international deliveries take approximately 10–15 business days, as stated in our shipping policy. Please also note that December 24th, 25th, and 26th were public holidays, followed by the weekend on December 27th and 28th. During this period, customs and logistics operations were paused, which temporarily slowed the progress of shipments. Your order is currently in transit and expected to be delivered shortly as our team told you. We truly hope that once your order arrives, you’ll reconsider your experience and feel free to update your review accordingly.

Hello, thank for your review We would like to explain the process with complete transparency so that other customers can understand the full context. When you received your order, you contacted us immediately because the size wasn't good for you. We offered you the option to return the product or change as well, as per our policies. However, you decided not to return it because you didn't want to pay for shipping. In that message, you also indicated that you would leave negative review if we didn't cover the return shipping costs. Regarding the accusation of the product, we want to clarify the following: • We source our products from distributors and resellers and also conduct our own verification process. • The Adidas shoes you purchased were brand new, with their original packaging and all tags, exactly as shown in your order. • We cannot validate or verify the evaluation carried out by third parties whose criteria or methods are unknown to us. If you had returned the product within the specified timeframe, as we offered, you would have received a full refund without any issues.
