Come forse ricorderai, si è verificato un problema con la compagnia aerea e questo ha ritardato l'ordine di 10 giorni. Il nostro team ti ha aiutato costantemente e ha risposto alle tue e-mail. L'ordine è finalmente arrivato e in buone condizioni, ma il tuo commento è ancora qui. Le spedizioni includono agenzie di spedizioni convenzionate e quelle subappaltate dalle stesse, quando si tratta di ordini internazionali. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers, which were delivered after 22 days with Hermes in 2 packages so that the duty-free limit from Asia of 150 euros was not exceeded. These are plagiarisms. Lighter in weight compared to the original, the sole feels sticky on one model. Fit / size like the original. Very good customer service, which I contacted regarding the long delivery time.

Regarding the "long wait" I'm surprised that you say that it was 22 days, when the order was placed on April 10 and received on April 22. That is 12 days, within the delivery period that we usually say "8 to 12/15 days".
Regarding sending two boxes, it has nothing to do with the duties, since as a company the management of duties is different. We send two packages because the condition of the boxes is more careful, while if two boxes are sent in the same package, one can damage the other. In any case we do this for the client, for us it is better to make only 1 shipment than 2, the cost is lower.
