Having nothing but problems with this new ac unit

This company is Notorious for lying and increasing pricing once at the home.. Technician Paul lied to my face about a receipt and I called dispatch 5 times and was lied to by EACH one of them!! ARS should be banned because they are a bunch of scammers!!! Paul was in my house for 20 minutes and charged me 250.00 after being quoted 125.00 Hopefully, Paul will use the funds on hygiene, the entire company stinks!!! Do not use Home Depot for AC services, this is who they dispatch service calls to.

This company is running a fraudulent enterprise that seeks to take advantage in every situation they enter. Their “trained” professional technician Amjad Butt “diagnosed” my malfunctioning 9 year old Carrier HVAC system as basically dead. He expressly stated that “the compressor had failed” and that “the system was at end of life and needed full replacement.” He proposed a total Compressor Replacement - Includes Refrigerant for $5,696.00. He proposed a new Blower Motor Replacement - OEM and a Condenser Fan Motor Repair or Replace - OEM for $5,169.00. But he repeatedly also stated in writing “RECOMMEND FREE NO OBLIGATION ESTIMATE ON NEW EQUIPMENT” I called a friend familiar with all things HVAC. He found the capacitor was dead. It was obvious to any HVAC tech trainee that the capacitor was bad because it was puffed up as those things get when they go bad. He replaced it with a new $10.55 capacitor. The system works perfectly. AVOID USING THIS HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT ENTERPRISE!

Tech was on time and proficient. Knew what needed to be done.

Mr. Tyler Thomas, an ARS Representative, restored my faith in customer service. This young man approached me in such a professional yet personable manner from the time I opened the door to the time he left. He walked me through every inch of information regarding HVAC systems. Although he was extremely thorough, he allowed me to ask questions and voice any concerns. He responded with care and knowledge ensuring that I fully understood the equipment, offers, etc. He listened and understood my concerns and nervousness in making such a huge purchase. Yes, I needed new HVAC systems, but he not once made me feel pressured to purchase from ARS. He just laid out clearly how I might benefit with choosing ARS HVAC systems. I sincerely thank you Tyler. You were awesome. A huge shoutout to Mr. Novie and Mr. Donnie the technicians who installed the systems. Thank you, gentlemen, for the hard work. It was extremely hot the day of installation, but these guys worked until nightfall to ensure systems were a go! They were very professional as well. They too did not hesitate to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Again, thank you!

Fish was great! We have been experiencing high water bills and have been unable to diagnose the source of the leak. Fish chased down all causes even crawling through our crawl space! He was through, explained things multiple times to both my wife and myself. He was a professional throughout. I highly recommend!
