Professionalism
The estimate person was right on time, and he answered all my questions, and left me the information. The installation team was on time, and when he began installing the chairs power supply at the bottom of the stairs I asked him if he could move it to the top of the stairs, and he was very accommodating having no problem doing that. The installation was very professional.

Definitely recommend
Quick response to my initial inquiry . David reached out on weekend to ask if I wanted to set up estimate/measurements early. He explained well the tax exempt process for out of pocket purchase with Rx. Communication and sending of documents/receipts prompt. Demario, the installer was polite, efficient and competent. Would recommend to friend/family.

The guy that came and installed our…
The guy that came and installed our lift was great. He was very patient with my parents and all of their questions. I would recommend this company and will be telling anyone and everyone that I can.

Very professional from start to finish
They came at the agreed upon time and did an excellent job. Quiet an unobtrusive while working. When done he thoroughly explained the operation of the lift.

Our installer/tech Isaiah was amazing
Our installer/tech Isaiah was amazing! He definitely knew what he was doing and it was Isaiah who made us aware of a feature my father would benefit from on the chairlift seat. That feature was not presented to us by the Salesperson, Charlie which resulted in Isaiah returning days later to install the swivel seat option. Basically, Charlie came to our home, made the sale and cashed the check. He has yet to call with a follow up as most salespeople do especially when it’s a big ticket purchase. The Stannah chair lift system is an amazing piece of equipment and highly recommended by my 94 yr old father. Isaiah also is highly recommended but we can’t say the same for the salesperson.
