Highly Recommend!!
Our sales rep Casey went above and beyond in helping us find a suitable chair for my life. He listened to my needs and was very considerate. He made the initial purchase a no brainer and is a real asset to the team. Our installer Jeff* was courteous and prompt and explained the workings of the chair in an easy to understand way making me feel extremely confident in the purchase. Arrow lift is an amazing team that truly enriches the life of Minnesotans. Can not recommend them enough.

From beginning to install it was flawless. Zach was our sales consultant and he came to the house and gave us options and he was so very helpful. Ezra was our installer and he did a fantastic job with the installation and going over everything after he was done. I contacted other stairlift companies and they couldn’t even come close to the Customer service all the way through the process with arrow lift. We are very happy we went with this company. Highly recommended

Very professional and friendly!
Very professional, friendly and accurate. Did a great job training me how to use the chair lift and explaining the ins and outs! My main focus was to help me bring groceries and cases of water up to 15 stairs from my garage to my loft... It has been working beautifully occasionally. I will sit on it and ride it back down. It's like having an amusement park right in my home! This was one of the best investments I've ever made. Thank you again and I would highly recommend your company to anyone that's interested in purchasing a chair lift.
