Your Company came out within one day to install this stair lift for my wife who had cancer. She used it for one day, loved it. The removal was done with the best sincerity, loved the company and what it provided for my beautiful wife!

On time. Excellent sales rep. Competent installer. Job was neat and clean when finished. Explanation of a complicated piece of equipment was thorough. All questions were answered. One small negative. A cosmetic panel was not in the installation box, so it is now on order. Does not affect machine operation.

Peggy, who coordinated the installation, was beyond helpful—kind, patient, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and I genuinely appreciated her warmth and professionalism. Thomas, the installer, was equally outstanding. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully explain how to use the lift, including all of the safety features.
