Neat idea. Wish needed it because now I don’t want it. Customer service is a robot and maybe you’ll get an email with a pre typed template answer that doesn’t directly address your issue. Pay with debit card and it takes a week or more to process, even though it says 1-3 days. They get your money right away. Don’t bother. Get a secured card if you need to rebuild credit

It's ok it definitely can help but they have a lot of restrictions on where u can spend ur money lol

The idea behind this card is great. You can learn more and increase your limit. But as a credit building card, they have a history of misreporting your credit limit to the bureaus and then tanking your score when they correct it. No one is asking them the leave the score incorrect, just do their job right the first time. If you can't report accurate information, you shouldn't have the right to report at all. This isn't a one time issue. This has happened to my account multiple times. Once they misreported my credit limit by 10x. The latest they reported they limit 100x. Do better. Because of your errors, my credit scores keeps getting knocked down. And your company takes zero accountability.

Everything went smoothly at first easy sign up and all. But after payment was made the app no longer allows me access , locks me out even after I update the password because it don't like my passwords. Im currently on a 5hr lock. For putting in the password I had just created. I can log in on the website that is no good for anything. I emailed customer support 3 x over the last 2 weeks. No response. I can't even get in to cancel so I know im going to be charged again for a service I can't even access. Horrible app, and what makes it worse is it had gotten a good recommendation when I was looking for a credit builder to repair mt credit, only to realize this is looking to be a scam

I had high hopes with this card…at the beginning. This year alone there have been two incidents already. The first was a fraudulent charge for an Amazon purchase (they did reverse it). The second more egregious was a credit “increase” reported to my Trans Union account in the amount of “$80,000!!!” NOBODY using an Arro card is going to get that type of a credit limit! As soon as my balance is paid off…freezing the card and never giving them another dime of mine. If this were a REAL bank, I would have been able to get a human (it happened on a Friday), but that’s not possible because they are only available M-F 9-5. Save yourself potential major fraud issue and stick with real banks.

I really like the app. Can use the digital card anywhere in the store. And can increase credit limit by doing learning Sessions. Which is great. They do charge an Annual membership which is not much. It is $50. Something that can help with your credit score. As long as you make payments on time.
