⭐☆☆☆☆ I signed up with Arro because I believed this company was designed to help people build and rebuild their credit. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Arro reported inaccurate information to the credit bureaus regarding my credit limit. They reported a $18,600 limit, when my limit was only $186… The amount reported was drastically incorrect (100 times higher than my actual limit), and when the information was corrected, my credit score dropped significantly because the credit utilization calculation changed overnight. The issue is not simply that a correction was made — the issue is that inaccurate information was reported in the first place and the responsibility for the damage caused has not been taken seriously. I have reached out to customer support and have received responses that do not adequately address the impact this error had on my credit profile. A company that reports information to credit bureaus has a responsibility to ensure that information is accurate before submitting it. For a company whose purpose is helping consumers improve their credit, this type of mistake can be extremely harmful. I hope Arro takes accountability, properly investigates what happened, and puts safeguards in place so other customers do not experience the same issue.
