Hi Jack, Sorry to hear you have never received your package! I wish you would have let us know sooner by email or by phone, because we really do not have a way to know when each package reaches each customer! Please check your email for communication on how we are resolving this issue for you. Thank you for continuing communication with us by email, so we can monitor the situation better and avoid delays like this one. Scentcerely, Cristina

I have been purchasing Aroma Retail products for quite awhile now and cannot say enough positive things about this company, from their exceptional products to their excellent customer service! We have two dogs and so I am paranoid as to how our home smells to guests but people have commented on how wonderful it smells (I use the Caesar's Palace scent in two machines). I also love that every time I enter my house, it smells so GOOD and not in a cheap, "perfumey" way, but like fresh cut flowers. Thank you Cristina and the rest of the Aroma Therapy crew!!!!
