These were not real Ritz candles and they were way too expensive for counterfeit

Hi Jay! We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our candles. I can assure you that these are not counterfeit products as our scents come from the same fragrance house that the hotels use for their scents.

Hi Dee. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the fragrance, we try to keep our fragrances as close to the resort's scent as much as possible. There are times when the fragrance is changed at the resorts and we don't know about it. Setting the machine is difficult and outdated. I regret my purchase. I wish I had not run out of time to return the product and just get a diffuser.

Honestly it is extremely difficult to program. And there isnt even a setting for an immediate release to scent the area. Like if I have company coming over and i want to do a couple sprays, I have to go through and program times? Crazy to me. Pretty antiquated technology for the price tag. Wish I would have never fallen in love with that scent at the Wynn. Thanks for the generic response. I can read. I get it. It just has the same technology as a VCR.
