Just really not worth the price. The scents are very faint and don't really work.

I don't think it is fair that certain scents are sold on Amazon and ship for free with a Prime account yet I have to pay shipping when ordwring from your site because the Westin is not available on Amazon

Pretty disappointed with the quality. The diffuser had a scent for less than a week. I had two bottle in the livingroom and the scent was still non existent.

The reed diffuser is VERY weak. MINIMAL scent even when in my small office that usually has the door closed 75% of the time. Barely noticeable in my foyer. Electric diffuser quite loud and scent feels over powering?? Although, at the resort, it felt lovely...? Kind of sad I spent so much money

Thank you very much for your feedback! Reed diffusers are less strong, they are meant for small spaces but will only be smelled 3-4 feet away, depending on airflow. If your machine is louder than expected reach out to us directly to replace your diffuser head; that may be the problem. Thank you for your business and your review!
