I really enjoy their scents but i have a problem with my unit and they responded with a few resolutions but none of them worked. Before the problem i was very happy with the unit and the beautiful scents

It’s not about your service or anything. Love the idea. Love the concept and the way you package. I just do not like the smells. They’re way too sweet. I was looking for a certain smell I smelled in a hotel in Miami. I just don’t like sweet, high fruity smells. And I feel like it was just so intensely sweet on the notes. But that’s a personal thing. Can’t wait for you to get more variety! Thank you But hopefully you get more.

Hi Caroline! Please give us a call or email us at [email protected], we would love to send out more sample blotters to find the right scent that works for you! Yes, if you have your Home 101 Unit running 24/7 straight, the 4 oz fragrance bottle will last at least a month. If you do have your machine programmed to come on for a few hours out of each day it is possible to stretch the fragrance oil to well over a month of use! :)

Execution and delivery were excellent. Candles arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were packaged appropriately. The reason for the three star review is that the candles smell absolutely nothing like what they are supposed to smell like. While I understand that scent and overall olfactory experiences are subjective, there is no way this is an issue of nuance. It simply is not what it should be. I would chalk this up to subjective opinion and move on, but these are not inexpensive. Service and delivery was great, but I feel like I spent a lot of money on something that did not deliver on what I was expecting.

While the smell was spot on in one sniff..but for 2.45$ i at least thought i could smell it for more than one moment. I realize ordering a big cotton swab had great intentions..it didn't provide me a true sense of what my room COULD smell like. The smell was great once it was super close to my nose and not far away from that could it be smelled. I am unsure if I want to purchase a larger quantity bc I didnt experience the smell well enough.
