The product smells at great as I expected however one of the lids on a bottle wasn’t secured and leaked over all the other bottles creating a big mess in the packaging and losing a good portion of one bottle, which was disappointing.

I got my machine in around 6/29/20. This product smelled awesome!! After 1 month we haven’t been able to smell it. I bought a large container of the oil to refill. It leaks. I am keeping it upright. It just runs down the side of the oil container. The ring part that you pull it out with to refill has also come off because of the leaking. I have checked everything about it that I know to check.

No warning "IN THE DIRECTIONS" not to tip the machine. I was not looking at the back of the machine, I was reading the directions. The scent the website says margaritaville nashville uses, they do not, that was false. Called all around trying to find out what scent they really use and could not find out. Yes they will send me samples, but if they can say Vegas uses that scent why can't they tell me what Nashville uses and why is it advertised that Nashville is using that scent when they don't? Sun and sand scent smells like odoban. It's a soapy smell.

Hi Kimberly! Thank you for the feedback! The Home Unit 101 has several warnings on the machine, on the website, and in the User Guide about not tipping or turning the machine upside down because liquids will spill. As we told you on the phone yesterday, and is noted on our website, the Margaritaville's Sun & Sand that we sell is the one used at the Las Vegas location and not in Nashville. Different locations of Margaritaville use different scents. Scent is very personal and subjective. The purpose of the sample blotters is to sample the smell because of this. We are sorry this did not worked for you. Again, please give us an email at [email protected] so that we may troubleshoot your machine if needed or send some sample blotters to find your favorite scent! :-)

Customer Service is great!!! The product was not which disappointed me! The candles smelled like nothing!! Also they burn causing black smoke. Bath and Body candles are 100 times better.

Hi Bennie! Our candles will not be as powerful as those bought over the counter, because the fragrance oils we use do not contain any synthetic ingredients, and all the allergens were distilled out. Was not happy with machine. Loud, extremely concentrated puff of scent. Alarmed my cat. Subsequently purchased a diffuser from Aroma360. A world of difference. The scent that I selected, supposedly the Westin Hotel scent, was atrocious. Did not smell at all like the hotel’s iconic aroma. In fact was so noxious and chemical smelling that I was fearful about continuing to inhale it. The only reason that I am giving two stars is that they did not give me any problem returning the products.
